Having retired from work 7 years ago, I joined a gym (which I still go to and love). I also decided to swim once a week. At first I managed 30 laps of the pool in around 70 minutes. Sometime later I was introduced to Kelly who gave me treatment for my back pain. This resulted in my time reducing to 50 minutes for 30 laps, not because I was trying to swim faster but because I had more reach. Kelly still has the pleasure of my company on her table, as added to the back I have had problems with my neck, shoulder, elbow and feet (for which she gave me acupuncture), oh the joys of ageing! I cannot recommend Kelly highly enough, a very lovely person with extensive anatomical knowledge.
